This position supports daily field operations for a general contracting and remodeling company. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism. POSITION SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician will report to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager and will assist in all aspects of maintenance for the community. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the residential units, grounds, amenities, building exteriors, interiors, breezeways, curbs, leasing office, trash enclosures, parking lot, and other building and common areas.
