L+R Front lower control arms and ball joints\r\n\nThese are the upgraded STI arms so if you ever need to replace a ball joint or the arm or bushing you need to put in the STI part number\r\n\nDifference is non turbo base models are stamped steel and have a thinner body for the pivot point.\r\n\nThese are aluminum and lighter. The ball joint has more angle or something and is thicker so it can handle harder cornering and lateral and axial forces when rallying.\r\n\n2. L+R New spindles\r\n\n3. L+R Inner tie rods\r\n\n4. L+R Outer tie rods\r\n\n5. L+R brand new axle seals. \r\n\n6. L+R Rear traction arms changed\r\n\n7. Left Driver side upper control arm.\r\n\n8. Alternator\r\n\n9. Die-Hard Battery with 3 YR Warranty (2yrs still left)\r\n\n10. A/C was fixed and blows ICE COLD\r\n\n11. Sway bar Bushings\r\n\n12. Shifter Bushings\r\n\n13. Megan Racing Front Strut Tower Brace Bar\r\n\n14. Tow Hitch\r\n\n\r\n\nFull Tune-up preventative maintenance\r\n\n1. 4 spark plugs\r\n\n2. Coil pack\r\n\n3. Engine Air Filter\r\n\n4. Cabin Air Filter\r\n\n5. All 4 used good condition tires have been replaced through the first year of me owning it. \r\n\n6. Intake system cleaning; IAC valve and throttle body service\r\n\n7. EGR Valve cleaned and flushed.\r\n\n8. Brake rotors and pads and system will be serviced as well before the sale. I have all the parts BNIB waiting to do it on a day off when I have time. \r\n\n\r\n\nThe next owner will not have to do maintenance for at least a year or more. I have to top it up once in a while.\r\n\nI can’t pinpoint where and it doesn’t blow smoke. I don’t think it’s burning oil. I think it’s a slow leak in the front. If I fix it then price may go up. I will adjust the price for the right buyer to pay for the repair if you choose to
