Dog-E-Den is a busy Full-Service Dog Care facility in Sherman Oaks located on Ventura Blvd. near the Sherman Oaks Galleria. We are looking for responsible dog handlers who have availability to work overnight shifts. Dog handlers supervise, care for and play with our canine guests. Must be able to handle cleaning tasks that involve pee, poop and sometimes vomit. We are searching for motivated dog lovers who don't mind getting dirty or hard work. Employees must be available to work weekends and on holidays as this is our busiest time. Overnight Shift Hours: 8pm-4am Description: - Supervising play - Feeding - Administering medications both topical and oral - General cleaning of the store - Custodial duties This is an enjoyable job with animals, but staff is not here just to "pet puppies"; there is barking, flying hair, poop/pee, dirty paws and very physical work involved. This position can also lead to a supervising role for the right candidate. Requirements: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and should be comfortable handling all types of dogs in a humane manner. Applicants should have a flexible schedule that allows them to work nights. You should be able to lift 50 lbs. and expect to be physically active for your entire shift. You should be able to work equally well either independently or as a team. Along with a strong work ethic and physical stamina, please be responsible, honest, patient and prompt; possess good verbal communication skills, a sense of humor and most importantly, a positive attitude and MUST LOVE DOGS!! TA Travel Center/LV Petroleum is looking for a Site General Manager for the Fillmore, UT travel center. The Site General Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations pertaining to all site functions. The Site GM will hire, train, coach, mentor, and work alongside all store employees including all other managers. Building a culture of accountability while keeping turnover low is critical to the site’s success. The Site General Manager will be expected to maintain store image standards, customer service standards, food safety and freshness standards; provide clean lot, pumps, restrooms and showers.
