Help plan large scale events for several non-profits - gala dinners, golf tournaments, open air festivals! Marketing, PR, Research or Sales experience important. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1-2 YEARS PREVIOUS EVENT, CONCERT, OR PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE working with vendors, stage management, onsite coordination! Will work on more than one event simultaneously so organization is key. You will be involved in all areas of execution, have great communication skills, able to think on your feet and not afraid of occasional long hours. You will be part of a team, contacting and liaising with clients, donors, vendors, sponsors and venues - and handling several aspects of the event. PR, Marketing or Sales background helpful. Imperative to have good speaking and writing skills and knowledge (social media, liaising with media, red carpets); MAC based office; Wordpress website experience helpful. OWN VEHICLE REQUIRED. Available to interview and start immediately. Hours are slightly flexible but this is a full-time job, 35+ hours per week, plus event hours (usually nights or weekends). About the role: We’re looking for a strategic and creative Associate Social Media Manager to help bring OUAI’s brand voice and personality to life.
