A leading commercial real estate services company is seeking a Property Associate to join their on-site team in Cambridge, MA. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with occasional flexibility for early vendor meetings) and offers $33/hour. Key Responsibilities: Process accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable functions. Track administrative expenses and identify cost reduction opportunities. Manage lease documents, notifications, and filing systems. Respond to tenant requests via email, phone, and work order systems. Coordinate office operations, mail, meetings, events, and building access. Ensure certificates of insurance are accurate and up to date. Support audits, budget preparation, vendor contracts, and reporting. Assist with tenant onboarding, move-ins/outs, and general property team support. Candidate Qualifications: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. At least 1 year of commercial real estate, property management, or office administration experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new systems. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, work independently or in a team, and adapt to changing needs. Comfortable with occasional extended hours and physical requirements (lifting up to 35 lbs, using stairs, etc.).
