Description

>10 year old property management company, growing rapidly, seeks leasing consultant experienced with Section 8, affordable, and similar leasing. We're looking for someone who has done a lot of this in LA and has deep relationships with case managers at HACLA, Bright Horizons, etc. This is non-negotiable; we can't train you. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. You will need a car and a working mobile phone to arrange and attend showings. Pay is 75% of the first month's rent for each move-in completed. (For example: If you help us lease a 4 bed apartment to a Section 8 tenant at $3600, you would earn $3600 x .75 = $2700). We currently have a backlog of 5-6 units for which we need leasing, so there's plenty of money to be made quickly. Thereafter, I expect we would have you working on 1-2 of these leases per month. And, over time, we will grow the number of units we manage like this, and, therefore, provide more leasing opportunities to you. If this sounds good, please reply with a short note expressing your interest in the position, with your resume attached.
