We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Short-Term Rental Property Manager to help manage day-to-day operations across multiple rental properties. This role blends guest communication, property oversight, and hands-on handyman work. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Ensure positive guest experiences and manage reviews. • Property Oversight & Maintenance • Perform handyman work (repairs, troubleshooting, small fixes). • Conduct property inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards. • Restock and maintain property supplies (linens, toiletries, amenities, kitchen). • Owner Support • Provide updates regarding performance and upkeep. • Suggest improvements to maximize property value and guest satisfaction. • inspect what we expect from cleaning groups, help when needed. ⸻ Qualifications • Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rentals preferred. • Handyman skills required – must be able to handle property repairs. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Reliable transportation and flexible availability (on-call for urgent issues). 1099 only, $25 a hour, 25 hours a week. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with occasional flexibility for early vendor meetings) and offers $33/hour. Key Responsibilities: Process accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable functions. Track administrative expenses and identify cost reduction opportunities.
