We are a growing insurance agency looking for a Bookkeeper & HR Coordinator with experience using AMS360 or a similar agency management system. This role combines bookkeeping/accounting responsibilities with HR support to keep our agency running smoothly. Responsibilities: Handle bookkeeping in AMS360 (or similar), including commissions, reconciliations, and reports Manage payroll, onboarding, and employee records Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws Support management with financial and HR documentation Qualifications: Bookkeeping/accounting experience (insurance industry preferred) Familiarity with AMS360 or comparable systems HR experience (payroll, onboarding, compliance) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills What We Offer: Competitive pay Flexible schedule (hybrid/remote considered) Growth opportunities
