Case opened in CP by the billing department- case name & number, billing contact. Trial team LA File all pleadings in federal and state court. For federal court matters, LA files: o Notice of appearance for all attorneys on the trial team. o First e-filing on a matter to prepare the notice and properly set up the e-filing requirements for the members of the trial team. o Answer plaintiff's complaint and notice of appearance for attorneys on the trial team and add them to the list of individuals to receive notices from the Court for all filings. o Same process for a newly assigned attorney.
