Summary: Working as part of the Manufacturing & Operations team and under the supervision of the Chief Batching Officer, the Batching Assistant will operate equipment that blends raw materials to create food and beverage products by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients to client specifications. As needed, the Batching Assistant will also cross-train as a Production Support to operate and/or assist with production lines, including but not limited to the high-speed canning/beverage production line, the bottle filling production line, powder flavor-making production line, and labeling line to create, produce and package products while working on a team.
