Requirements · Clean driving record. · Being organized is a big part of the job. You must be able to keep your work environment organized and keep track of daily schedule and daily paperwork. · Must be able to meet physical requirements of the job. · Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. · Enter attic and crawl space of homes on occasion. · Climb ladder. We don’t do tall ladder work but an occasional investigation or light repair on roof may be needed. · Must pass drug test and criminal background check.
