The position emphasizes reviewing site conditions, architectural drawings, and project details, rather than performing day-to-day carpentry. Candidates must live and work in the East Bay for reliable, daily access to job sites. Landscape crew leader position: Need to have at least three years at that position. Have to have a current Ca drivers license with clean record. Must have experience working with a crew and running a crew. Must have experience with building walls, laying pavers, driving tractor. Doing landscape planting correctly, setting grades, setting boulders etc. Must be knowledgeable about all phases of landscape construction. Knowing how to do landscape planting correctly and install mulch is required. We are looking for a self starter that can see the value and opportunity at hand with this company. Having experience with commercial landscape maintenance is a plus.
