The Septic Industry is growing and so are we - Crotty Services, Inc. is now hiring Laborers / Septic Technicians! Crotty Services, Inc. is a family owned company that offers a full range of septic and sitework services. We are seeking hands-on individuals, who are eager to engage all aspects of the industry, from septic installation, aerobic treatment unit maintenance, equipment operation, site work, to pump and dump truck operation. Job duties of the laborer / service technician will include loading and unloading equipment/materials, maintaining the yard, installing drainfields, pumps and risers, performing pumpouts and conducting aerobic treatment unit inspections. We provide extensive on the job training for septic and aerobic system, as well as light electrical, basic plumbing, equipment maintenance, general mechanics, heavy equipment operation and pump/dump truck operation. Our pay rates are competitive and we want employees to grow within the company. Therefore, compensation rates increase rapidly with skill level and training.
