Key Responsibilities Water Testing & Chemical Adjustments: Monitor and test water quality levels to ensure proper chemical balance (training provided with user-friendly software). Pools Cleaning: Perform vacuuming, tile cleaning, and other day-to-day upkeep tasks to maintain pristine pool conditions. Pumps, Filters & Equipment: Regularly inspect and maintain pool pumps, filters, and computerized systems to ensure smooth operations. Customer Education & Support: Offer guidance to pool owners on maintaining their systems while demonstrating exceptional customer service. Qualifications Strong work ethic with dependability and punctuality. Enjoys working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Comfortable using computers; training on the software will be provided. Self-motivated and eager to learn about pool maintenance and technology. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to educate customers.
