Job Requirements: Prepare and organize cheese samples for evaluation and customer submissions. Conduct product evaluations, documenting results to support product quality and development. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the test kitchen, warehouse workspace, and storage areas. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety guidelines. Support plant trials by preparing materials and assisting with test procedures. Participate in customer dinners, trade shows, and training events, ensuring a professional and engaging presentation. Safely operate kitchen and pilot plant equipment, such as ovens, shredders, and mixers. Communicate observations and challenges to the Test Kitchen Manager to support process improvements. Manage inventory levels of necessary supplies to maintain an efficient workspace. Access and utilize internal and external databases for product research and development needs.
