I am a seeking a roommate for a clean, modern 2 BR apt in Allston. Either working professional or Post Grad with STABLE income. For an individual of any gender, LGBTQ friendly, This is a non-smoking condo. Available Now. Features of this apt; - We are ~3 mins walk from the Allston Green Line T stop, Bus 66, 57 - ~10mins walk from bus 501, 64 - Near CVS, restaurants, stores. - Coin Laundry next door. - Bi-weekly professional cleaning of all common areas & your bedroom if you'd like. - Dishwasher, garbage disposal. - Gigabit internet - Large windows, sunny and bright. - Hardwood floors I have 2 well behaved female short hair cats, both 3yrs old. If animals or pet allergies is an issue then this probably isn't for you. NOT a party place. No bringing 5 people home at 2am.
