Home Office/Personal Assistant - Organizer/Computer/Light Accounting (Woodland Hills)
Multi-talented Assistant to work in a modest Woodland Hills Home for a very busy but extremely nice Small Business Owner/Independent Contractor, with a sometimes unpredictable schedule. This Part-Time position is for someone who likes a varied routine, a laid back working environment and has capable of flexibility with their work schedule.
The wide range of Qualifications MAY include:
Business Needs; Fluent with Mac Book Pro computer and a multitude of software, help take charge and prioritize Calendar and ToDo list, filing, sorting, organization, completing paperwork in office, collecting and paying bills, sending/reading e-mails, internet research, editing websites, sorting, deleting and backing up computer documents, syncing Iphone, photo organizing & managing IPhoto and uplinks, making appointments and answering/returning telephone calls to clients. Help in marketing business. Light Bookkeeping. Investment tracking and strategy.
Household Needs; cleaning, gardening, yard-work, running errands, shopping, sorting mail, cleaning dishes, laundry, dry cleaning, organize closets, re-organize garage, tidy up after me, help with remodel decisions, and assist in managing Handymen and Sub-contractors.
In search of someone who can quickly learn how everything works, where everything goes, and if it doesn't, find a better solution. A take-charge attitude is a huge plus. Oh, and help make the working/home environment very enjoyable and fun place.
Looking for a 15-20 hour per week at the start. I prefer someone who lives in the West Valley, for easy travel and availability. I can pay $20-25 an hour to start, more is possible depending on experience, dependability, reliability, and building of trust.
