EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - High School diploma or GED is required. - Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar factory production or warehouse environment. - Possess high level of manual dexterity. - Works quickly, carefully, and efficiently. - Limits the use of cell phones to breaks only. - Previous forklift training and experience is a plus. - Previous experience working in an ISO-regulated company is a plus. - Has valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Stands for long periods of time in an un-airconditioned manufacturing environment. - Temperatures in the work environment may fluctuate with outside weather and processing conditions. - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
