Wash and Brushup, Co. is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. We are located in beautiful downtown Healdsburg and have been a part of our community for the past 12 years. We are also proud to be voted the Best Salon in Healdsburg for the past 2 years. We are looking to add a new Team member to our Receptionist team. This is a vital role in our salon. You are the first person our clients interact with as they enter the salon and you are the final person they see. Our reception position helps to assure that the salon runs smoothly and the stylists are supported so they have all they need to create the perfect experience for the client. Duties Include: Opening/Closing the salon Checking voicemail and emails Answering phone calls, providing helpful and knowledgeable service Welcoming all customers and clients that enter the salon Checking out clients and helping them reschedule future appointments Calling clients to confirm appointments Assisting with laundry and dishes Sweeping stations when needed Skills: Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills Ability to Multitask Stay calm and collected in busy situations Experience: Receptionist experience, preferred Experience working in salon, plus (not required) Starting pay $19.00/hr. plus commission on retail sales. Maintenance Technician We are looking for a Maintenance Technician in East San Jose / Santa Clara. This will require travel to pickup materials as needed and go between two properties for maintenance. Qualifications: - Preferred experience in residential property management, hotel maintenance, or construction - May be required to provide and maintain own tools - Must have reliable transportation (local and Bay Area travel required) - Must be able to read and write basic English. Duties and Responsibilities: - Complete maintenance requests within 24 hours - Turnovers of vacant units as needed. - Serve as on-call maintenance providing evening, weekends and holiday emergencies (1-2 times per month) - Maintain all maintenance shops and storage rooms in an orderly fashion - Properly secure all parts, inventory and property equipment owned by the apartment community - Carpentry, wall repair, cabinet, counter tops, doors, painting, installations of toilets, faucets, sinks, garbage disposal, etc., changing light fixtures, outlets, switches - Install water heaters - Install vinyl plank flooring - Other duties may be assigned by community manager Hourly pay range $22 -$27 DOE Please email resume or detailed experience.
