This live-onsite position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning property environment.\r\n\n\r\n\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\n\r\n\nResident Communication & Support\r\n\nBe accessible to tenants for inquiries, concerns, and emergencies\r\n\nServe as the liaison between tenants and corporate office\r\n\nProvide clear information on rules, procedures, and lease terms\r\n\nMaintenance Oversight\r\n\nConduct regular property and unit inspections\r\n\nSubmit and prioritize maintenance requests\r\n\nMaintain cleanliness of laundry rooms, carports, and outdoor areas\r\n\nRent Collection & Lease Administration\r\n\nCollect rent and deliver to office before the 4th of the month\r\n\nAssist with move-ins/move-outs, walkthroughs, and deposit handling\r\n\nServe legal notices (3-day notices, violations, etc.) as needed\r\n\nSafety & Compliance\r\n\nMonitor fire/life/safety hazards\r\n\nConduct nightly walks to ensure lighting and security\r\n\nEnsure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies\r\n\nReporting & Timekeeping\r\n\nSubmit weekly Monday reports by 11 a.m.\r\n\nClock in/out using T-Sheets and accurately log duties\r\n\nOutreach & Property Presentation\r\n\nMaintain landscaping and curb appeal\r\n\nSupport inspection coordination with management and vendors\r\n\nQualifications\r\n\n\r\n\nPrior property management or customer service experience preferred\r\n\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills\r\n\nAbility to work independently and handle emergency situations\r\n\nMust live onsite or be willing to relocate (generous discounted rent concession provided)\r\n\nCompensation\r\n\n\r\n\nCompensation package includes rent credit and/or hourly pay\r\n\nAdditional incentives may be available based on property performance\r\n\n\r\n\nHow to Apply\r\n\n\r\n\nPlease submit your resume along with a brief introduction outlining your interest in the position and any relevant experience.
