This position will be responsible for partnering with the Product team to lead a subset of the WiFi Product Roadmap for the team and business. The role will primarily focus on maturing, developing and deploying a cross-functional Roadmap to drive success of highly strategic and visible projects that will meet evolving customer needs and business opportunities. In collaboration with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Legal, IT, Engineering, and other Product teams, the Project Manager will help define and execute plans to deliver an industry leading customer experience. This position is a 6 – 12 month contract and will be based in Denver, CO and will require being in office four days per week. Qualified candidates must meet the minimum requirements and be fully authorized to work in the United States, without requiring visa sponsorship or C2C status.   Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for project lifecycle tasks and ensure expectations are met between Roadmap approval and program closeout. Responsible for the creation and management of project management artifacts, including Project Plans, logging and use of RAID logs, reporting, and other communication activities. Effectively manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication for working team members as well as executive level stakeholders related to the owned roadmap items. Responsible for cross-functional project risk identification and mitigation including identifying and clarifying known risks, known unknown risks, as well as facilitation of activities to mitigate against unknown unknowns. Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed. May also coordinate with multiple project managers to assemble overall program plan. Support all efforts to simplify and enhance the team efforts including following of processes and standards, as well as definition and implementation of new best practices. Other tasks and duties as assigned to support WiFi Product objectives. Experience in Telecommunications industry is required WiFi domain expertise and understanding of WiFi router features and capabilities a plus Mobile / 5G domain experience a plus Experience as a project, product, or program manager launching a physical product is a plus Compensation For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This role is a 6 - 12 month consulting contract and the hourly range is $60 - $70. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role. Client is high risk. Both caregivers will be required to assist with transfer and transport to prevent falls and safety hazards. Services are needed on a 24/7 basis in his home and in the community for all activities. Client lives in a lovely family neighborhood, but needs significant supervision, behavior management and support for all tasks throughout the week. CLIENT SPECIAL NEEDS: Client is severely disabled, mostly nonverbal, requiring professional assistance in all of the following areas on a 24/7 basis:  Assistance and supervision to stay safe and away from harm at all times;  Takes medication to modulate behaviors both during the morning, noon and night shifts;  Assistance needed at all times to change heavily soiled clothing, toileting, bathing, eating, and performing basic grooming tasks such as brushing teeth, shaving, dressing, and oiling/massaging skin to prevent skin breakage, and bed/wheelchair repositioning every 2-3 hours;  Client participates in walks, physical exercise, excursion to malls, concerts, grocery store, outings such as swimming, skating, bowling, movies, restaurants, sporting events, park and planning activities (Sports and Learning Complex), active church member, volunteering in the community to feed/cloth the homeless and engages in games and electronics; JOB SUMMARY AND DUTIES:  Client requires professional assistance in staying safe when he becomes sporadically agitated, and may lash out with hitting, kicking, head banging or grabbing, in order to self-calm;  Caregivers assist client in practicing self-care tasks such as teeth brushing, hair combing, and staying on task to practice skills throughout the day.  Caregivers must be able to accompany client to the park, involving walking up to 2 miles per day at the park and to / from the playground where Client visits regularly;  Caregivers must be able to help client remain clean, dry and safe throughout the day during many activities, frequent hand and face washing, clothes changing assistance when needed, prepare meals and clean up and keeping client from handling dangerous items in the kitchen (stove, knives, etc.) or breaking things he encounters. However, you would need to assist the patient whenever needed. I've had many caregivers who were only a fraction of my weight, and they were able to easily move me from one side of the bed to the other – as long as they used correct nursing methods. During the day, the patient needs to be turned approximately 2-4 times. Overnight, the patient usually sleeps all night with no rotations. Patient has a quiet and easy-going personality. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide full-time, live-in caregiving. A Registered Nurse (RN) will visit 3 times per week to manage medications and some toileting. The caregiver must be strong enough and able to turn the patient in bed in order to to prevent the patient from getting pressure sores. The patient has an ostomy for urine. The urine drains into a 2 liter (2L) bag on the side of the bed. You must empty this bag at least 2-3 times a day. A Registered Nurse (RN) usually changes the patient's urinary ostomy appliance. However, you must be able to change the ostomy appliance by yourself if needed. You will be trained on how to do this. The patient can also help provide some limited instructions to you on how to do this. The patient eats about 2-3 times per day and occasionally 1-2 snacks. The foods are in the refrigerator, freezer, or kitchen cabinets. If needed, the foods can be easily microwaved. BENEFITS: -$2,210 (17 days at $130 per day) -MUCH free time! -Your own private bedroom with 32 inch cable TV, walk-in closet, and bathroom -Access to entire home (kitchen, dining room, laundry, etc.). You must provide your own meals.
