Join our team as a Window & Door Customer Service Representative and be the face of our company to homeowners and contractors. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person visits. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in customer service, sales, or the construction/building materials industry is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone etiquette. Proven ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email, MS Office, and experience with POS or CRM systems is a plus. Familiarity with taking measurements and interpreting basic product specifications is highly desirable. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for solving problems and helping others.
