What You'll Do As a part-time Customer Service Agent, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for airline passengers at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). From check-in to boarding, you'll be at the forefront of creating memorable travel moments. Key Responsibilities: Check-In Counters: Assist passengers by verifying IDs, printing boarding passes, tagging luggage, and providing a warm welcome. Departure and Arrival Gates: share flight updates, scan boarding passes, ensure all required documentation is in order and assist with the boarding and deplaning process for both domestic and international travelers. Customer Assistance: Provide clear directions, answer passenger inquiries, and resolve challenges with professionalism and a smile. Team Collaboration: Work closely with your teammates to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service at every stage. Note: This position involves standing and walking for the majority of your shift. Work Schedule This is a part-time position with shifts typically lasting 4 to 5 hours and scheduled within the following timeframes: Shift is 2:00PM to 6:00PM You must be available to work a minimum of four (4) days per week, including weekends and holidays. Requirements Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German (conversational and written). Flexibility to work a minimum of four (4) days per week, including weekends and holidays. Availability to attend five (5) days of onboarding and computer training. Computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems. Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. A "whatever it takes" attitude with a passion for customer service.
