A Receptionist or Paralegal/legal assistant is wanted for an immediate employment in our law office. The ideal candidate should be computer savvy, ready to be organized, punctual, responsible, efficient, detail-oriented and personable. Strong in English and Spanish communications are very essential for the job, the use of computer and writing skills are a must. You will be interacting with clients and proposed clients, insurance companies and opposing counsel daily. Prior experience is not necessary, but some experience is an added advantage. We will gladly train any candidate to realize his or her full potentials. On that note, someone who is able to learn fast is greatly preferred. An interested candidate must speak Spanish and English fluently.*** Responsibilities: -Make calls, Answering calls and log phone calls into legal software; -Support general office needs (faxing, filing, scanning, copying); -Preparation of legal documents and court filings; -Maintain office calendar and clients files; -Book keeping, etc. You might also have to make last minute run to go file documents in court . Position Summary  The Nautilus Solar Energy Associate General Counsel, Real Estate will play an essential role in supporting, managing, and advising on the legal aspects of real estate and site control matters for NSE’s solar projects throughout all stages of development, financing, and operations. This position will be a key member of the legal team.  The position reports to the Chief Legal Administrative Officer (and may report to interim managers).
