Involves recordkeeping and maintenance of WCA property. Build-Back Technician Responsibilities Finish carpentry skills I.E. ability to install trim (casing, base, crown) doors, & Installation of cabinetry. Flooring install experience is not necessary but helpful. Drywall, repairs & painting, must be able to tie into existing drywall and match textures. Ability to read and follow project scopes, Ability to document projects and progress with daily updates to the office.
