We are in the process of expanding the business and have many opportunities to grow in responsibilities and compensation based on your skill set and desire to learn. It would be helpful to have an understanding of working in both residential and new construction surroundings but not a requirement. Full time and contracted work is available. General skills/Requirements: - Experience spraying both paint, stain and lacquer products (Helpful for increased pay) - Paint brush, roller, caulking gun, and masking gun - Willing to train anyone in how to use a paint sprayer for both interior and exterior painting. - Shift hours are Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm); Weekends not required - A reliable vehicle and clean driving record is required as we have projects throughout Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. - Work vehicle may be assigned after verifying skill set for spraying. - Many of our jobs require working on scaffolding and high ladders. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in a finance management role or similar senior finance position. Thorough knowledge of corporate financial law, accounting principles, and risk management practices. In-depth experience with financial planning, modeling, and analysis. Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
