Qualifications Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong work ethic Proficiency in wood stud framing, concrete finishing, and forming. Familiarity with construction management principles and practices. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites. Must have all hand tools. Starting at $20/hr - 35/hr then up depending on proven skills. There will be a test day and probationary period to prove skills.
