Job duties include changing trash bags, picking up litter in the parking lot, sidewalk and bushes, blowing the curbs, etc. Applicant must have a valid drivers license, reliable vehicle and a cell phone. Proper training will be provided to the right candidate • Welding and/or fabricating parts for repairs is a plus! • Ability to endure Florida weather conditions and physical stamina to work full days, including constant hand use, lifting, and overhead work.
