Tricon Group/Tricon Snow Inc is Professional Facilities Service with Snow and Ice Management Company seeking a Multiple Area Snow Supervisors that have an ample amount of knowledge in Snow and Ice Management. TOP PAY $45.00 an hour depending on experience Duties include but are not limited to: • Keep track of all inventory pre/post snow event and report all bulk usage. • Assess performance and skillset of all seasonal crew members during snow events while also ensuring productivity/safety and report feedback to Operations Manager. • Work closely with dispatch to monitor crew progress and attendance during snow events. • Provide additional training as needed for seasonal crew members. • Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions. • Report all accidents in a timely manner to appropriate Chain of Command • Assist Operations Manager in the recruiting process of seasonal crews. • Assist crew members in using time keeping app to clock in/out along with how to upload necessary data for billing. Requirements • 5 years of Snow and Ice Management Experience Required • Available to be on call 24/7 during snow season (Oct-April) • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow. • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual English and Spanish a plus!

Responsibilities: Apply spray foam insulation to enhance energy efficiency in residential and commercial properties. Install, maintain, and repair drywall and plaster surfaces. Prepare and paint surfaces to specified colors and textures. Ensure all installations comply with local building codes, blueprint specifications, and safety regulations. Prepare and maintain installation equipment. Requirements: Previous experience in spray foam insulation, drywall installation, plastering, or painting. Ability to work in various physical environments and adhere to safety standards. Must have an SSN or ITN for tax purposes.
