If interested, please submit your full application here: https://tally.so/r/3EJQJN Position Overview: Our nail technicians are not only individuals who translate their individual art in all thing’s nails, they also: - Help clients decide their desired shape, color and nail design - Skillfully complete all manicures, pedicures and other various other nail treatments - Maintain nail beds, perform heavenly foot and hand massages - Wonderfully applies fun nail art - Develop ongoing relationship with clients - Follow all salon policies and procedures - Keep up with latest trends in all thing’s beauty and nails Nail technician responsibilities and requirements: - An active nail technician license is required - Education in natural nail color/nail care is preferred - Understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards and protocols - Willing to be trained on Nuage's signature list of luxe pedicures is required - Possesses extensive knowledge and can perform manicures and pedicures utilizing regular nail polish as well as gel and gel-x - Greets clients enthusiastically and offers them a refreshment (coffee, tea, water) - Knowledge and can perform nail art techniques such as: French tip, half moon, cat eye, embellishments, use of nail stickers, etc. - Notifies and assists clients how to book their next appointment - Learn and maintain extensive knowledge on Nuage service menu, all products being utilized within salon as well explaining perks/benefits of our salon membership program - Maintain salon organization and cleanliness of their station - Educate and provide answers about Nuage’s company mission and provide guidance on questions or concerns they may have Desired characteristics: - Energetic and positive attitude - Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Fantastic communication skills (multi-lingual a plus) and has strong active listening skills - Able to work flexible days and hours (available to work at least one weekend day) - Possesses great time-management skills, is punctual and detail oriented - Builds long-term relationships with clients and has excellent social skills What we provide: - Energetic yet grounding atmosphere in a ‘family-like’ salon - Referrals of affluent clients - Product and service discounts Job type: Full-time/Part-time Insta: @nuagebeautyhouse Website: www.nuagebeautyhouse.com Pay: $23.50 - $25.00 per hour If interested, please submit your full application here: https://tally.so/r/3EJQJN Benefits: -Employee discount -Flexible schedule Compensation package: -Bonus opportunities -Tips Weekly schedule: Negotiable Experience: Nail care: 2+ years (Required) License/Certification: Nail Technician License (Required)*
