This role requires balancing vision and strategy with hands-on execution: identifying customer needs, defining product roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver. You’ll work closely with engineering, data science, and regulatory partners to turn complex data and AI capabilities into intuitive, trusted tools for our customers. Your work will directly shape how drones operate in cities, industries, and infrastructure projects nationwide. What You’ll Do -Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for data- and AI-driven capabilities. -Conduct market research and user discovery to uncover customer needs in the rapidly evolving drone ecosystem. -Translate insights into clear product requirements and collaborate with engineering, design, and data science on execution. -Define product scope, release plans, and success metrics that tie directly to business outcomes. -Partner with regulatory bodies, enterprise clients, and industry stakeholders to align solutions with real-world requirements. -Drive go-to-market strategy in collaboration with marketing and business development teams. -Analyze product usage and operational data, turning insights into actionable product decisions. -Stay ahead of trends in drones, AI, and aviation technology, spotting opportunities for innovation. -Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure smooth execution across technical, business, and external partners. What We’re Looking For -Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). -4–7 years of product management experience in an agile software environment. -Proven track record of delivering complex products end-to-end, ideally in data- or AI-driven domains. -Strong understanding of AI technologies and experience building AI-enabled products (required). -Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize product and operational data into actionable insights. -Strong communicator and influencer, comfortable working with stakeholders across technical, business, and regulatory contexts. -Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools. Bonus: experience in aviation, drones, geospatial data, or regulated industries. Compensation & Benefits -Base salary: $165,000 – $195,000, depending on experience. -Competitive equity package. -Health, dental, and vision coverage. -401(k) with company match. -Flexible PTO and remote-friendly culture.
