About Janes Radiant Heating: Janes Radiant Heating has been installing radiant floor heating systems in the Seattle area since 1993. As a small, privately owned company with over 30 years of experience, we’ve expanded to include maintenance and repair services, as well as a nationwide DIY product line shipped directly to customers to install themselves. Who We’re Looking For: An experienced marketing professional to help design and spearhead a new marketing strategy across multiple campaigns and media platforms that will allow us to keep our competitive edge and expand our business. What to Expect: This is a hands-on position where you’ll work closely with the owners and our small sales team. You’ll need to learn our products thoroughly to represent them accurately to our potential customers. We’re looking for someone creative, reliable, and willing to contribute to our team. This is a full-time, in-house role with some flexibility in office hours if needed. Applicant Requirements: -Must have experience developing and managing marketing campaigns across all social media platforms. -Position requires experience collaborating with vendors to develop captivating websites and compelling content. -Experience with Google AdWords and Google Analytics is highly encouraged for applicants. -Hands-on, engaging, self-starter with a dynamic creative, results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities: -Manage all aspects of new marketing campaigns and work directly with ownership and our in-house Google AdWords administrator for maximum impact. -Create and implement high-impact content that showcases our products and services that will be used across all media platforms including but not limited to, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc. -Work directly with necessary vendors to create a new up-to-date website and content. -Monitor and manage social media accounts while working with the sales team for enhanced customer interactions and proper responses to inquiries.
