We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and maintain the high standards of our brand. Position Summary: The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations within the izakaya. Inventory & Cost Control Manage inventory of beverages, supplies, and service tools. Monitor labor and operational costs to meet profitability goals.
