I am looking for a person who works outside of the home and who is quiet, very clean, courteous, respectful and a good communicator. No smoking of any kind. Single Occupancy only. No Pets. Short walking distance to several stores, banks, P.O. Close to Bridgeport and Tualatin Commons. $950/month includes utilities, internet and air conditioning. Rent due on the first. $500 deposit, $400 refundable if you give 30 days notice and leave the room and shared areas impeccable.
