With offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Diego, our team moves hundreds of folks into permanent housing every month. We use robust landlord engagement strategies, including financial incentives, to secure community-based units for vulnerable populations. Our participants include people exiting institutions, people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and people experiencing homelessness. We pair landlord engagement with tenancy-centered services using a customer-service approach to ensure shared success for our participants, property providers, case management partners, and funders. This collaborative approach is instrumental in ending cycles of homelessness and institutionalization for thousands of people in Los Angeles County and across California.\r\n\r\nProgram Summary\r\nHousing Services’ Program Development team supports five focal areas across all regions: quality assurance, program evaluation, program policy, client engagement, and staff development. This newly formed team advances the Division’s progress in these areas with the goal of ensuring that all clients Brilliant Corners serves across the state receive high-quality, participant-centered services. \r\n\r\nPosition Overview\r\nThe Director of Evaluation and Engagement is a strategic leader responsible for driving evaluation and engagement activities for programs across Brilliant Corners’ Housing Services Division. With the support of the Deputy Chief Program Officer for Program Development, this role oversees the design and implementation of mixed methods evaluation strategies and leads key engagement efforts with participants and other key stakeholders. The Director works internally to convey the impact of programs, identify areas for programmatic innovation and improvement, and amplifies evidence-based best practices. Department Summary
The Brilliant Corners’ Housing Services Team is nationally recognized for its ability to secure scattered-site and project-based housing for vulnerable and extremely low-income households within tight rental markets. With offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Diego, our team moves hundreds of folks into permanent housing every month. We use robust landlord engagement strategies, including financial incentives, to secure community-based units for vulnerable populations. Our participants include people exiting institutions, people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and people experiencing homelessness. We pair landlord engagement with tenancy-centered services using a customer-service approach to ensure shared success for our participants, property providers, case management partners, and funders. This collaborative approach is instrumental in ending cycles of homelessness and institutionalization for thousands of people in Los Angeles County and across California.
Program Summary
Housing Services’ Program Development team supports five focal areas across all regions: quality assurance, program evaluation, program policy, client engagement, and staff development. This newly formed team advances the Division’s progress in these areas with the goal of ensuring that all clients Brilliant Corners serves across the state receive high-quality, participant-centered services.
Position Overview
The Director of Evaluation and Engagement is a strategic leader responsible for driving evaluation and engagement activities for programs across Brilliant Corners’ Housing Services Division. With the support of the Deputy Chief Program Officer for Program Development, this role oversees the design and implementation of mixed methods evaluation strategies and leads key engagement efforts with participants and other key stakeholders. The Director works internally to convey the impact of programs, identify areas for programmatic innovation and improvement, and amplifies evidence-based best practices. They also play a critical role in conveying the story of our programmatic impact to audiences externally.
Position Responsibilities:
Evaluation and Driving Continuous Improvement
Design and implement division-wide evaluation frameworks that assess program and process effectiveness, fidelity, and impact
Lead and oversee the full life cycle of evaluation activities from research design to dissemination
Develop metrics and appropriate data collection tools for both qualitative and quantitative research efforts
Translate findings into actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored to multiple audiences (both internally and externally)
Play a key role in the development and implementation of continuous quality improvement cycles
Engagement and Inclusion
Lead inclusive participant engagement strategies to ensure participant voice informs program design, implementation, and improvement
Serve as a co-lead facilitator for program participant advisory board(s)
Create avenues to engage with other key stakeholders in our programmatic model (property providers, ICMS providers, etc) in service of evaluation
Design and facilitate focus groups, interviews, surveys, and other stakeholder engagement activities
Develop feedback loops that ensure actionable insights from engagement activities are shared with program leadership
Champion equitable evaluation practices that center lived experience
Organizational Strategy and Collaboration
Serve as a leader in advancing key strategic plan objectives and KPIs related to evaluation, engagement, and quality improvement
Collaborate with key stakeholders (including program leadership, data and tech, policy, quality assurance, and communications staff) to ensure alignment between evaluation, engagement, and program goals
Contribute to grant proposals and reporting by providing relevant evaluation framing and analysis
Supervise and mentor staff supporting evaluation and engagement work (note: while the role does not currently have supervisory responsibilities, it may in the future)
Professional Experience
Experience in homelessness services, housing, public health, or other human services sectors.
Familiarity with implementation science principles and/or continuous quality improvement strategies.

Professional Experience
At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in program evaluation or research, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
Extensive experience overseeing the full life cycle of primary research and/or evaluation activities (including experience identifying appropriate study designs, facilitating data collection, leading data analysis with the appropriate methods, and reporting out findings).
Experience working with individuals with lived experience of homelessness or those who hold other marginalized identities.
Experience designing and leading inclusive engagement efforts such as focus groups, advisory boards, interviews, or surveys.

Summary
As a Media IQC (Incoming Quality Control) Lead at Pixelogic Media, you will oversee and perform end-to-end measurements and quality checks on media files received from global clients. In this leadership role, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Data I/O, Content Operations, and other teams to proactively identify and report any technical issues (Audio, Video, Subtitle). You will also optimize asset creation and archival processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency across all media projects, while providing team guidance and training to support management goals.
Responsibilities
Organize team priorities and assignments based on workload and management input.
Monitor task due dates and take necessary actions in agreement with management.
Track project progress to ensure timely completion and alignment with objectives.
Investigate system errors and guide junior staff on proper escalation.
Revise IQC task layouts and confirm necessary changes with project managers and management.
Support team achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Update weekly presentations and report completed tasks.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate IQC reports.
Review and approve inspection-related documentation.
Assist in developing and implementing team training programs (PDP/PIP).
Create documentation and production plans using Microsoft 365.
Present, demonstrate, and train others on tools, systems, and workflows.
Review IQC reports and findings to maintain RTFT (Right the First Time) rates.
Oversee VIP IQC reviews and documentation of findings.
Perform functionality tests on tools and provide feedback.
Identify and report technical issues within Pixelogic’s QC system.
Support onboarding and troubleshoot team connections.
Field escalations and resolve or escalate appropriately.
Facilitate team training and skill maintenance.
Help deploy new IQC workflows.
Perform linear and spot-check reviews on audio, video, subtitles, artwork, and metadata.
Ensure proper sync and placement of subtitles and captions across languages.
Apply offsets in IQC tools to ensure synchronized files.
Run file integrity checks and verifier tools; report issues as needed.
Ensure adherence to asset creation, archival, and QC workflows/checklists.
Load and set up Resolve projects for IMF and DoVi packages.
Report file metadata, color spaces, and Nit values.
Trim video files in DaVinci per client specs.
Report True-Peak and LKFS measurements.
Identify and report CPL violations for timed-text files.
Maintain and update the team knowledge base and training materials.
Document team policies, procedures, and best practices.
Assist in testing new production systems and updates.
Identify process improvement opportunities and coordinate implementation.
Attend meetings and present ideas for workflow enhancements.
Support team development by aligning career goals with shared objectives.
Foster a supportive, positive work environment and motivate the team.
Communicate daily with the IQC manager on scheduling and completion of work.
Present IQC workflows to other LOBs, including charts and presentations.
Share feedback and flag errors with other LOBs via email.

Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Filmmaking, Media, Mass Communication, or related field.
5+ years in a post-production environment with media QC experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in File or Package QC Supervision.
Strong English communication skills—written and verbal.
Project management and team leadership experience.
In-depth knowledge of media formats, QC tools, and industry standards.
Familiarity with HDR/SDR, immersive audio (3D, ATMOS, DTSX), and framerates.
Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, and similar tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
Knowledge of asset archival processes and data management systems.

To support our Digital Cinema department, we are seeking a swing-shift QC Technician who can fulfill the responsibility of linear QC for Digital Cinema Package (DCP) in a theatrical and/or production suite environment, while ensuring that all security protocols are followed when dealing with sensitive material.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of DCP including image, audio, accessibility and immersive elements. They should have knowledge and experience with Digital Cinema playback servers, audio, captioning, motion devices and other equipment required to carry out the QC workflows. In addition, QC experience with other formats and media including IMP, video, discs are pluses.
They should be highly motivated, possess a flexible attitude, keen eye for details and a highly effective communicator especially with clients. They should also able to work as part of a team that deals with changing priorities and workloads.
Responsibilities:
· Perform theatrical QC services
· Perform QC on other materials such as sources from clients (for example DCDM, DSM, video, audio on workstations such as DVS Clipster, Resolve, Colorfront’s Transkoder etc)
· Perform the above QC internally or/and with clients
· Manage client engagements in the theaters where appropriate
· Ingest materials via physical media or electronic transmission to playback servers or devices such as Dolby IMS2000, GDC, Doremi etc
· Create detailed QC reports
· Follow internal as well as client specific security protocols
· Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and past their normal scheduled shift if needed
· Create stereography maps for foreign language versioning
· Other related tasks as assigned to fulfill responsibilities
Requirements
· Experience in QC workflows within a theatrical environment preferred
· Excellent knowledge and understanding of media including audio, video, subtitles and other immersive elements such as 3D, ATMOS, DTSX, D-Box preferred
· Requires accurate and methodical approach to QC. A very detailed attention and focused attitude to audio, video and film impairments and artifacts, while making subjective decision to the severity of an issue and delivering appropriate feedbacks
· Experience in working directly with clients and an excellent communicator

Contract Compliance Manager
The Contract Compliance Manager (CCM) is responsible for the quality control of general business operations, increasing client satisfaction, and working productively with Independent Contractors (IC). The CCM must be able to work independently and with others, in any type of facility including but not limited to; industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, etc. The CCM must also be able to exercise good judgment in reporting client concerns to management and seeking the involvement of others in order to best meet clients’ needs.

Essential Functions
· Develop and maintain productive, working relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) and In-House labor by
communicating client priorities and collaborating to solve problems.
· Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new business.
· Communicate with Facility Solutions Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly
recap via email or phone message.
· Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines and discharge if
not meeting service level agreement.
· Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention.
· Execute City Wide’s New-Start Policy, Customer Compliant Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational policies and
procedures.
· Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use.
· Other duties as necessary.
Requirements
· High school diploma required or equivalent experience in the commercial janitorial services industry.
· 2 years of prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or off-site
locations.

Benefits
Compensation: Rate of pay will be $25 per hour, with a guarantee of 20 hours per week, and $100 per month for gas. City Wide employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis. You are also eligible to earn a $150 monthly bonus, based on client retention (after 60 days of employment).
Paid Time Off: PTO is accrued each pay period as determined by the state of California. You are eligible to use PTO after 60 days of employment.
Health Benefits (eligible after 90 days of employment, or once work becomes full-time): Our health, group life, dental, vision, voluntary life, disability, and supplemental plans begin on the first day of the month after 90 days of full-time employment and a minimum of 30 work hours per week.
