The Director of Warehouse Management is responsible for overseeing the safety, compliance, and operational integrity of all warehouses nationwide. This role ensures that warehouse operations fully comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, while driving continuous improvement in operational risk management and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain national warehouse safety and compliance standards. Lead regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across all warehouse sites. Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards and operational risks. Operate and manage the company's Safety Committee for warehouse operations. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. Monitor and drive key safety and compliance KPIs, including: Incident severity (graded) incident frequency rate (scored) Warehouse safety audit outcomes Collaborate closely with warehouse operations, supply chain, legal, and compliance teams to ensure full regulatory compliance. Lead training programs and foster a strong safety-first culture within all warehouse teams. Support operational excellence initiatives while embedding safety and compliance into daily warehouse operations. Requirements Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Igistics, Engineering, Safety Management, or related fields. 5~8 years of experience in warehouse operations, safety, or compliance management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of warehouse operational processes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. Proven experience conducting operational audits and leading safety programs.
