Details: Litigation Attorney They need an attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience, 2+ years of this should include commercial litigation (for example contracts and business disputes; construction and/or environmental litigation a plus). The Litigation Attorney is responsible for providing legal advice and counsel on business activities conducted by the company to management, sales, and operations personnel. Candidates with some in-house litigation experience (as opposed to solely law firm), highly desirable. This is to cover a maternity leave. Can be licensed in any state. The team also consists of a junior attorney, paralegal, and a few part-time law clerks.
