We are looking for someone who is experienced with lawn maintenance including but not limited to; edging, mowing, blowing, trimming hedges, pruning roses and trees, and overall clean up. Schedule is Monday – Friday hours vary dependent on season. Minimum 30 hours per week. Driver’s license a MUST. Wage based on experience. This position is a high volume, fast-paced position that requires competency in prioritizing and multi-tasking. Duties and Responsibilities • Construction Industry experience is preferred. • Knowledge of foundation repair and applying surface coatings is preferred • Experience in grinding concrete, cutting concrete, and breaking concrete a plus. • Install epoxies and other liquid products on foundation walls, floors, and other larger flat surfaces. • Climb ladders, dig using hand tools and mini excavator, and haul material. • Painting, paint prep including sanding, caulking, and priming. • Work in confined areas such as crawl spaces. • Operate paint pumps. • Basic carpentry for forms and finishing. • Communicate with the Project Manager on progress at the job site. • Keep clean and organized job sites. • Maintain good working relationships with all company employees. Safety and Requirements • Keep all job sites clean and in order. • Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures. • Valid State issued driver’s license and use of vehicle to arrive at office.
