Meal Planning & Preparation -Plan and prepare 3–5 healthy dinners per week (primarily gluten-free, though not exclusively). Prep lunches for adults using leftovers from meals. -Grocery delivery coordination and in-store grocery shopping for specialty items. -Maintain kitchen tidiness after meal prep. Laundry & Linen Care -Support the housekeeper with laundry overflow. -Help kids with laundry systems and accountability. -Iron, steam, and organize linens/clothing as needed. Pet Care -Ensure dog supplies are stocked. -Schedule and coordinate vet/grooming appointments. -Pick up pet medications when needed. Vehicle Management -Ensure family vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and organized. -Coordinate maintenance, inspections, detailing, and seasonal tire changes. -Occasionally transporting racing tires and equipment. Administrative & Personal Assistant Support -Manage family schedules and calendars. -Assist with errands, gift purchasing, and volunteer/fundraising event prep. -Provide support for business/home content creation. Who You Are: You’re proactive, organized, and confident in taking ownership of household logistics—often connecting the dots before we even ask. You have strong executive functioning skills, can juggle projects, errands, and meal planning with ease, and aren’t afraid to be assertive when following up with vendors or managing contractors. You balance being collaborative with working independently, and you bring a calm, steady presence that helps our family function with more ease and flow.
