Woundlocal is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in helping us build and enhance the technology that supports our innovative mobile wound care practice. In this role, you will contribute to projects like enhancing our patient intake workflow by building scalable API integrations between Charm and Salesforce, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time updates. You will be collaborating with an experienced team of developers and a dedicated Product Manager to align feature development with clinical and operational goals. The Senior Backend Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems that ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the frontend. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS At least 3 years of Kubernetes development experience, with a solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture, components, and operational principles, capable of developing and optimizing the underlying technology stack. Extensive experience in Kubernetes cluster development, able to solve deep technical issues related to underlying architecture. Proficiency in containerization technologies (such as Docker, Helm), and experience with integrating and developing open-source tools. Experience with large-scale Kubernetes clusters and performance optimization, with hands-on experience in underlying system development. Experience with managing Kubernetes clusters in multi-cloud environments and designing crosscloud solutions. Proficient in automation, CI/CD processes, and promoting efficient automated deployment and integration within Kubernetes clusters. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address technical challenges and improve system architecture. Good communication skills, able to collaborate clearly with teams and other departments to drive technical improvements. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Familiarity with service meshes (e.g., Istio) and monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) development and integration. Looking for an experienced interview videographer to film a client of our in Las Cruces Monday September 29. Must have your own gear which should include a DSLR camera and audio to record the client. No editing required just the raw footage. You will film the interview and gather b-roll footage (Gimbal is a plus). It's a 2-hour session.
