Location: Los Angeles, CA ( DTLA) Full-time | On-site Monday - Friday About the Role: An advanced contemporary women's wear brand based in LA, seeking an experienced Wholesale/Sales Manager to drive seasonal revenue growth, expand our retail partnerships, and strengthen relationships with key accounts. This role is both strategic and hands-on: from pre-market outreach and showroom coordination to post-market follow-up and order management. Key Responsibilities: Market Development & Outreach Cultivate relationships with domestic and international buyers (department stores, specialty boutiques, e-commerce platforms). Proactively research and secure new retail partners aligned with brand positioning. Seasonal Market Execution Lead preparation for NY/LA/Dallas/ATL market weeks, including lookbooks, line sheets, JOOR/ NuOrder uploads, ATS reports, and showroom set-up. Present collections to buyers, clearly communicating brand DNA, pricing, and margin advantages. Account Management & Reporting Manage all wholesale orders from initial interest through invoicing and delivery. Track sell-through and re-order opportunities; prepare weekly sales and performance reports for leadership. Ensure EDI compliance, RA forms, and retailer portal updates. Collaboration & Strategy Partner with Production to align delivery windows and forecast inventory. Provide feedback from buyers and market trends to inform future collections. Requirements: 4+ years wholesale experience in contemporary or designer womenswear Proficiency in JOOR/NuOrder and EDI platforms Ability to travel for market weeks and account visits Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Qualifications: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding seasonal sales targets Deep understanding of advanced-contemporary market trends and pricing structures Strong negotiation and presentation skills in showroom and buyer settings Experience managing multiple collections and delivery windows simultaneously Analytical mindset with ability to forecast sales and interpret sell-through data Entrepreneurial, self-motivated approach suited to a lean, fast-paced environment What We Offer: Competitive compensation based on experience PTO Paid Vacation Opportunity to work closely with brand owner in the fashion industry Dynamic, creative, and challenging environment Opportunity to shape the growth of a brand.
