As a Donations & Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting retail customers as well as assisting team members with the physical pick-up of donated goods in the community, the loading/unloading, processing and placement of goods in our warehouse and on our sales floor. Essential Duties: * Create outstanding customer, donor and volunteer experiences * Assist with daily in-store operations such as using point of sale system, cash register, assisting customers, answering questions, moving and staging donated goods and basic housekeeping * graciously accept drop off donations from customers and assist with loading/unloading donations and purchases * be able and willing to promote the Vision and Mission of Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake and to provide customers with information about our programs and restore promotions * assist our driver ambassadors in picking up, unloading, processing and staging donated goods * be willing to travel to and work in any of our 5 ReStore locations - Columbia, Dundalk, Halethorpe, Glen Burnie and Timonium Be able to lift 50-75 lbs frequently throughout the day, preferred but not required Be able to pass pre-employment screenings including a background check and drug screen Be willing to learn to drive a 19-26 ft box truck - preferred but not required Be available to work Full-Time Tues-Sat 9:30am-6:30pm

The Supply Chain Buyer is responsible for leading the day-to-day procurement activities for the Project Services Division. This role involves coordinating with multiple departments to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, services, and subcontractors. The Supply Chain Buyer will focus on proposal planning, project execution, and continuous improvement while developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships. Technical Acumen Identify and qualify potential suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Understand and evaluate commercial specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements. Work with the Quality Team to audit and qualify suppliers for project involvement. Project Execution Solicit bids, evaluate quotations, select suppliers, and execute contracts in line with project needs. Coordinate the scheduling and expediting of deliverables, services, and materials to meet project timelines. Ensure all contracts are closed out properly, with all terms fulfilled and documented. Collaboration Work closely with Estimating, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure proposal compliance and accuracy. Collaborate with Operations, Scheduling, Field Engineering, Site Administration, Finance, and Legal teams as needed. Maintain and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth PO execution and address any issues that arise. Customer Focus Oversee warranty efforts, ensuring resolution of issues post-project completion. Perform other related duties as required to support the procurement function and project goals. Continuous Improvement Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance procurement processes and supplier relationships. Conduct post-project and annual supplier evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Critical Thinking Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and deliverables, ensuring timely adjustments. Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors, securing favorable terms for the company. Quality Control Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and project specifications. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of related work experience, with a preference for construction industry experience. Strong negotiating and analytical skills. Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. PHG needs reps to INSTALL  2 Cleaning Solution Dispensers in the Planet Fitness stores in MA/VT/NH during the Week of 8/18 - or some possibly week of 8/25.  Monday Through Friday 9am to 5 pm.
