Assist with the preparation and issuance of contracts and follow up for timely execution of the contract, and any other project specific items that must be submitted to complete the contract process. Support documentation control and invoice reconciliation with Finance. Maintain compliance with internal procurement policies and audit procedures. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain coordination. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and accuracy. Analyze vendor documentation and identify risks. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and vendor management software tools.
