Looking for a HR and accounts receivable person with experience in the apparel and/or textile industry. MUST have experience working with an Apparel and/or Textile Manufacturing company for at least 3 years or more. This is a 100% on site opportunity, not a remote or hybrid position. Candidate must have apparel and manufacturing experience. Our client is seeking a personable and comprehensive team player who is an extremely organized, proactive multi-tasker with an attention to detail and excellent communication and time management skills. Full-time position and ready to work with a small team. Must be able to work in a highly analytical, fast paced environment with a hands-on approach. Qualifications 1. At least 3 years of working experience in accounting. 2. Hours of operation are 8am to whatever it takes 3. Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Word, and Excel. 4. Must be able to establish excellent vendor relationships. 5. A college degree in finance or related field a plus. Responsibilities 1. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer. 2. Has an overall responsibility for the areas of Apparel Manufacturing, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Budget Managing, Internal Controls, State, City and Local Business Tax, Treasury, Financial Planning Analysis, troubleshooting etc. 3. Works closely with Chief Financial Officer to establish, implement and maintain effective accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. 4. Experience in Priority Troubleshooting with the ability to communicate properly with all the people involved 5. Issue timely, accurate and complete financial statements and analysis 6. Evaluate existing accounting systems and processes and implement changes to create efficiencies. 7. Assist senior management and product team on management and control of inventory. 8.
