Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Test Engineer to join a contract with a federal government client, contributing to a significant mission. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in designing, developing, and executing test strategies to ensure the efficient implementation and performance of PeopleSoft applications. This role demands comprehensive knowledge of PeopleSoft modules and expertise in both manual and automated testing techniques. Requirements Responsibilities Create detailed test plans and test cases based on the functional and technical requirements of PeopleSoft applications (such as HCM, Financials, CRM). Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand system functionalities and technical specifications. Determine and document the test data requirements for both manual and automated tests. Perform tests covering system integration, functionality, regression, and performance aspects. Conduct thorough testing of PeopleSoft modules to ensure they meet business needs and objectives. Work with cross-functional teams to address and resolve defects and issues in a timely manner. Develop and implement automation scripts using tools like Selenium, QTP, or other frameworks. Enhance and maintain automation test suites to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency. Track, log, and manage defects using industry-standard defect tracking tools such as JIRA or ALM. Participate in triage meetings and work with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues. Carry out performance testing to ensure PeopleSoft applications meet performance, scalability, and stability standards. Monitor system performance during testing and offer analysis and recommendations. Produce comprehensive test reports, highlighting test coverage, results, and defect trends. Maintain up-to-date documentation for testing processes and test artifacts. Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test data and supporting end-users in testing activities. Support deployment efforts to ensure a smooth transition to production. Education and Experience A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field (or equivalent professional experience). At least 3 years of experience in testing PeopleSoft modules (HCM, FSCM, CRM, or others). Required Skills Proven expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies. Practical experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or PeopleSoft Test Framework. Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, its integration points, and specific functionalities across modules. Proficiency in SQL for test data validation. Experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner or JMeter is a plus. Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar. Experience with the PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) for test automation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Desired Skills Experience with cloud-based PeopleSoft environments (e.g., Oracle Cloud). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a DevOps environment. Certifications in PeopleSoft applications or testing tools (e.g., ISTQB, Oracle certifications). Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools like Jenkins or Bamboo. Security Clearance Must be eligible to obtain an IRS MBI (Moderate Background Investigation).

Business Analyst w/ a focus on: cyber detective job focused on SMS security Overview: The primary day to day role of this backfill will be reviewing commercial SMS traffic using various databases and web portals as well as running Splunk queries in order to identify phishing, Social Engineering, or other illegal/disallowed content. Key Responsibilities: Review commercial SMS traffic using internal databases and web portals. Execute and analyze Splunk queries to detect suspicious or prohibited content. Identify phishing, social engineering, and other malicious messaging patterns. Position Overview: The UAT Lead will oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for Georgia Access, ensuring that the Eligibility and Enrollment System, Consumer Portal, Agent Portal, EDE partners, partner integration items which are relevant and website function as expected. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management experience, and stakeholder coordination to manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, and release readiness.The UAT Lead will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive a successful testing lifecycle, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations to drive UAT Success. The candidate will be responsible for writing the scenarios for the requirements, derive the test cases, review the test cases with the business and stake holders, handle the environment readiness, Entry and Exit criteria presentations and review with the stake holders.
