Support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s QMS, ensuring ongoing compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, and other relevant standards. Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations teams to integrate quality requirements into product development, manufacturing, and support processes. Lead and support internal and external audits, supplier audits, and management reviews, including preparation of required documentation and follow-up actions. Oversee the management of non-conformances (NCRs), CAPAs, complaints, and deviations, ensuring timely investigations, root cause analysis, and effective corrective and preventive actions. Assist in the preparation for regulatory inspections and third-party audits, serving as a key member of the audit response team. Monitor and interpret relevant regulatory changes and industry trends, advising management on necessary updates to quality systems and processes. Develop and track quality metrics (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of the QA program and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide training and mentorship to QA staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance. Support risk management activities, including risk assessments and mitigation planning. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related technical discipline required. Master’s degree or advanced certifications preferred. Professional Experience: 7+ years of progressive QA experience within the IVD, medical device, or regulated life sciences industry. Minimum of 3 years in a QA leadership or management role. Hands-on experience in manufacturing and product quality oversight in a regulated environment. Regulatory Expertise: Working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, and other applicable international quality standards. Experience supporting regulatory audits, product inspections, and submissions (experience leading them preferred). Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor QA staff, manage priorities, and effectively collaborate in a cross-functional environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficient in problem-solving methodologies, root cause analysis, and quality improvement tools. Experience with QMS software and documentation systems is a plus. Certifications: ASQ certifications (such as CQE, CQA, or CMQ/OE) preferred. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Test Engineer with extensive experience in Linux based embedded systems to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining testing strategies, driving quality initiatives, and mentoring junior resources to ensure the highest standards of product quality and reliability. Key/Primary Responsibilities • Work with a team of test engineers to ensure effective testing practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software and hardware engineers, to define testing requirements and priorities. • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for embedded software and hardware components. • Drive the adoption of automated testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely communication and resolution with development teams. • Conduct root cause analysis of defects and lead initiatives to improve product quality and testing processes. • Participate in team meetings, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. • Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in embedded systems testing, and advocate for their integration into the team’s processes. Requirements • 8+ years of experience in development and testing embedded systems, with a focus on both hardware and software components. • Deep expertise in embedded programming languages (e.g., C, C++), and real-time operating systems (RTOS). • Experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Gtest, Pytest, etc.) and automated testing methodologies. • Experience working on Linux environment and using Linux tools • Exposure to CI/ CD processes and tools • Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART) and hardware interfaces. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Good analytical and debugging skills to identify root cause of failure. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide junior members. Added Bonus: • OSCP, SANS/GIAC, CISSP, or other related/equivalent certifications. • Experience with compliance regulations/laws, security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO/SAE 21434, NIST, HIPAA, ISO, COBIT, OWASP, ITIL, etc.).  • Experience with one or more of the following industries: law enforcement, defense, intelligence community, automotive, manufacturing, software,  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience  • Fluent in Japanese (reading, writing, speaking) for business and technical discussions.

Generally, you will provide the client with identity and signature management (ISM) augmentation to the government staff in the execution of the command sensitive activities support program. The client anticipates a high level of knowledge on the full breadth of ISM supporting worldwide operations. Responsibilities: Providing direct support to Command sensitive activity stakeholders throughout the operational lifecycle, to include mission analysis, planning, development, staffing, implementation, and termination. Identifying mission critical vulnerabilities, assess risk to mission, and provide mitigation strategies to decision makers. Our company is looking for a part time data analyst to research and enter equities data for 2-3 hours each day M-F. Work could be done after 5 pm. You will be paid on 1099 and you should be a US citizen. Decent excel skills required. Work starts immediately.
