Two CDL Driver Positions – Local & Regional Routes

We’re looking for experienced drivers to join our team! Both positions offer competitive pay, consistent schedules, and excellent benefits. We have been in business for 62 years with no layoffs, we are busy! 🛣️Position 1: Regional Heavy Haul Driver *Route: Primarily I-5 Corridor with occasional trips to Eastern Oregon & Washington *Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11–12 hour days *Home Time: Most nights at home; 1–2 nights out per week *Pay: Flat rate per load + extra for multi-drops; incentive pay after 90 days *Annual Earnings: $70,000–$80,000 *Equipment: Assigned truck & trailer (CAT-powered, 18-speed, no automatics) 🏗️ Position 2: Scrap Steel Heavy Hauler – Eugene to Portland *Route: Two round trips daily between Eugene, OR and Portland, WA *Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12–13 hour days *Home Time: Home every night and weekends off *Pay: Up to $350/day *Equipment: Assigned truck & trailer (CAT-powered, 18-speed, no automatics) ✅ Requirements for Both Positions *Minimum 2 years CDL experience - preferred, willing to train the right person with at least one year experience. *Acceptable driving record *Experience strapping lumber loads preferred *TWIC preferred but not required *No pets or riders (insurance policy) *Trucks can be parked at our Vancouver or Longview yards - For position one. 🎁 Benefits *100% Company-Paid Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance after 90 days *Incentive pay eligibility after 90 days *Assigned truck and trailer *Numerous bonuses *Family owned and operated.
