Documentation: - Maintain accurate records (elogs, mileage, fuel, customer signatures). - Ensure proper documentation for all deliveries of transportation activities. 5. Customer Service: - Communicate with clients, customers, in a professional and courteous manner. - Handle complaints or issues when they arise and report back to management if needed. 6. Compliance: - Follow traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies. - Maintain a valid driver's license and medical card and any necessary endorsements. 7. Safety: - Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. - Stay aware of surroundings to prevent accidents or theft.
