Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person visits. Assist customers in selecting the right windows and doors for their projects by providing expert product and service information. Prepare and manage sales quotes, estimates, and special orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. Accurately enter and process sales orders and transactions using our POS system.
