Account Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to: Developing long-term relationships with clients Serving as the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs Develop, manage and maintain client accounts The ideal candidate has: Proven account management or other relevant experience Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment Business to Business phone sales experience (Preferred) Inside Sales (Required) An hourly pay rate plus commissions is offered and increased bonuses based on performance are applied.
